I received these, and of course I ordered without reading reviews first so I got and they were smaller than I expected. Luckily they were for my minecraft obsessed 8yr old so that wasn’t a big deal. I was shocked when we opened them and realized that when you shake them there is little beads or magnets or something in them that rattle. My kids are all over the age of 3 so I’m not worried if they were to break open and what ever was inside were to spill out but if my kids were younger I would very much be concerned and paranoid of it. They seem sturdy but they also feel as if I stepped on them they would break (maybe not the kiddos but for sure an adult, and lets be real I step on my kids toys all the time because they end up all over, no judgement here)I ended up with 3 different sets and they LOVE them. they build with them all the time. Its like magna tiles but different so they thought they were amazing.100% would recommend just if you have young young ones be careful.

These blocks are everything you could ever want in a magnetic block set. Very good quality. However, you get hardly any blocks for the price. But they’re so fun to play with that I keep buying them despite that they’re severely overpriced. This picture is a house we built with 4 sets of this. The house is hollow. So, not a lot of blocks at all. But still fun.

I bought these for my grandchildren who are 4 and 3 yrs old. They love to watch his Dad play Minecraft. They will play with these blocks for hours. The down side is the blocks are expensive and you need more then one set to really build with!!! I bought two sets and they could use more. I bought a plain color set as well which was a more reasonably priced. We use my kids old Lego people with them. It’s fun to watch them build and play.

I think my minecraft loving 6 yr old son will be thrilled to get these for Christmas. They are smaller than I orginally thought, but I think that will work out for us for storage amd space reasons. I built this quick little structure out of them to show what can be done. You will definitely need more than one 35 piece set! That means I paid about a dollar a block, which I think is a little ridiculous. Quality is ok, even though the magnets inside could be a little stronger. I had to be gentle to keep the tree from falling over. They also rattle, which isnt too big of a deal, but I didnt expect that. Overall, I like them, but they are a little overpriced.

I’ll start with, they are cool and the kids love them. BUT, the main picture for this listing is misleading. This set does not include nearly enough blocks to build the picture. You’d have to spend a small fortune to be able to build that. Wish the seller would use a picture that accurately represented what you were getting.

These blocks are way better than I thought they would be! Great for creative play and imagination. They are small and there aren’t as many in the package as I thought there would be, but they are very well constructed! The magnets are quite strong and the outside material of the blocks feels like plastic, so it shouldn’t get damaged from liquid or sticky fingers. I bought the set for a birthday present for my 7 year old and my 3 year old likes them so much, I will be buying an additional set. I did buy them on a sale.

  7. Kimber

Kids loved them. Wish you got more for the price. Not enough cubes to build much without buying another set. Smaller than looks in picture but okay for kids over 3.

Magnets aren’t very strong, but just strong enough to hold together. They’re simply *adequate.* Cubes should withstand regular play as long as they aren’t abused, but they probably aren’t going to last years where the kids can hand them down. The reason for my relatively low rating is they’re pretty small at 1″ cubed (which I was aware of), and the fact that you really need to buy 2-3 sets to make anything even close to what they picture even on the box that you’re buying, let alone advertised on the listing. That’s getting into false advertising territory making it look like you’re getting far more blocks than you realize when you read the fine print and inspect the pictures CLOSELY.I bought both the 100 set and the 48 set realizing that’s going to be the minimum needed by doing basic math looking at the pictures and you STILL feel quite limited in what you can build. That’s well over $100 at the current sale prices in blocks that only cover an area slightly larger than a magazine when laid flat. The setup pictured on the 48 count box is using closer to 150 blocks, and the picture on the 100 count box is using well over 300. That’s clearly getting into false advertising territory while barely skirting being illegal by including the actual count on the box. That’s like Lego showing a picture of the Death Star on the box but when you open it you only got 1/4 of what it takes to build it. Even worse when it’s not officially licensed by Lego or Star Wars. This would get someone as high profile as Lego sued REAL fast but many of these companies get away with false advertising daily. Listings like this are EXACTLY why toy commercials require legal disclaimers like “items shown sold separately” or “XYZ not included.”While I fully knew what I was buying because I inspected the pictures and listing closely, most people aren’t going to look that closely and I could easily see someone being fooled into thinking they’re getting 3x the blocks that are actually in the package. The listing is obviously PURPOSELY trying to fool the customer. While not as egregious at the current sales prices these should REALLY be half the MSRP for what you’re getting. $120 is a LOT of money for how many blocks we have. Especially when they aren’t officially licensed. I’d also like to see the magnets be just a little bit stronger so you can support more than one block horizontally, but that’s not a game breaker.I wish we had twice as many to really have fun but I’m not spending $300 just to build what they have pictured. It’s an obvious attempt to fool the customer which is sad because it’s unnecessary when the product is perfectly fine. Just be honest with the listing and people will still buy it.TLDR: Inspect the pictures closely because you’re getting FAR less blocks than you think. Overpriced for what you’re getting. The product itself deserves 4 stars but the pricing, quantity, and false advertising prevents me from giving it more than 2.

This is by far my son’s favorite thing to play with. The only reason I took a star off is because some of the blocks are misprinted. Otherwise they’re fun and stick together well. The little rattle in them is nice too.

I thought the blocks would be larger, but it’s still a super cool toy. My son plays with it a lot. You won’t get the same amount of blocks shown in the picture. It’s like half that
